After attempting to communicate with this seller over a missing/stolen package for months, I agreed to file a claim with the USPS myself if this seller would just provide a return address. I had zero communication from them for months and they never provided the return address information needed to file a USPS claim. I eventually had to contact the post office to get that information directly from them, and by that time the window to file a missing package claim had passed. It has been very drawn out and frustrating, especially since all I needed was an address. I wish I had gotten this beautiful item, but unfortunately I never saw it and cannot speak to the quality of the goods, only the lack of customer care.
